I'm flying to LA today!
In less than a week I'll be lucky enough to attend a Weekend Intensive at Matthew Kenney Culinary of Santa Monica. I will attend the Advanced Raw Cuisine course. And I'll start my 5 week long online course at the end of August. Aaah I can't wait!
Idag åker jag till LA!
Om mindre än en vecka så kommer jag ha turen att vara på Matthew Kenney Culinary i Santa Monica för att gå min intensivkurs i Avancerad Raw Cuisine! Och i slutet på Augusti så börjar min 5 veckor långa online kurs! Åhhh jag längtar!

It feels so good to be a student again. As many of you know, I am self taught, so far. And to be able to educate myself at one of the best raw culinary schools around the world is truly a wish come true. I choose MK Culinary because I believe they are the best. I fell in love the first time I went to their website, completely blown away by the beauty of the food. The second time I fell in love was when I actually got to try the food at M.A.K.E. in Santa Monica. After we ate the amazingly good food, the super humble and sweet director of culinary operations; Scott Winegard showed me around the kitchen and I just knew I had to be a student there some day.
Matthew Kenney for me is about passion. It's about creating, not looking at what others are doing, it's truly about food and health as an art form.
Det känns så roligt att få vara elev igen. Som många av er vet så är jag helt självlärd, än så länge. Att få utbilda mig på en av världens bästa skolor för raw cuisine är verkligen en dröm som går i uppfyllelse. Jag har valt just MK Culinary för att jag tycker att dem är bäst! Jag blev helt kär första gången jag gick in på deras hemsida, Jag blev helt tagen av hur vacker maten var. Andra gången jag blev kär var när jag fick prova maten på M.A.K.E. i Santa Monica. Efter att vi hade ätit den fantastiska maten så visade den supertrevliga Kökschefen; Scott Winegard mig runt i köket och jag kände att, här måste jag stå som elev nån dag i framtiden.
Matthew Kenney handlar för mig om passion. Det handlar om att skapa nåt nytt, inte att titta på vad andra gör. Det handlar om mat och hälsa som konstform.
