Nut free spirulina balls | nötfria spirulina bollar

  • 1/2 cup desiccated coconut | 1 dl kokos
  • 5-7 dates | dadlar
  • 1/2 cup sesame seeds | 1 dl sesamfrön
  • 1 tbsp spirulina | spirulina
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds | 1/2 dl solrosfrön
  • hemp seeds to roll the balls | hampafrön

Mix the ingredients for the balls in a food processor.

Mesquite balls | Mesquite bollar

  • 2 tbsp mesquite powder | mesquite pulver
  • 1 cup cashews | 2 dl cashewnötter
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract | vaniljextrakt
  • 5-7 dates | dadlar
  • 1 tbsp mesquite + 1 tbsp almond flour to roll the balls | mesquite och mandelmjöl att rulla bollarna i

Mix the ingredients for the balls in a food processor.

  • desiccated coconut to roll the balls | kokos att rulla bollarna i
