These pancakes are full of flavor! Banana, vanilla & cinnamon! I ate them last week, and let me tell you! I've tried to make this so many times with disastrous results! But finally I made it happen! Fluffy banana pancakes, delicious with pure maple syrup and a handful of fresh fruits! Next time I will try it with some almond butter and jam!
What I love most about these pancakes is that they are so simple to make! Just pour all ingredients in your blender! Then pour it right out of the pitcher onto your griddle! They feel really satisfying and decadent, but they are really far from it!
Vegan banana pancakes - gluten free recipe
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 1,5 cup almond milk (or another plant milk)
- 2 cups rolled oats (gluten-free, if necessary)
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 3 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
Mix all ingredients, cook the pancakes and serve with fresh fruit!
