Hey guys! Time for my second plant crush recipe this month! Turnip curls! They were supposed to be turnip fries but I think fries need to be crispy to be called fries and even though I liked these turnip curls, I'm sorry to say, they were not crispy...


Hey guys! Det är dags för mitt andra plantcrush recept denna månad! Turnip curls! De skulle blivit fries men jag tror att fries måste vara krispiga för att ens få kallas fries och även om jag gillade dessa turnip curls så är jag ledsen att behöva säga, de blev tyvärr inte krispiga...

Turnip curls recipe

  • 2 turnips | Majrovor
     
  • 2 tbsp olive oil | olivolja
  • 1 tsp herb salt | ört salt
  • 1 tsp onion flakes | lökflingor
  • 1/2 garlic clove | vitlök

Cut out curls using a vegetable curl cutter. Mix the oil and the spices in a small bowl. Marinate the turnip curls. Bake the curls in the oven on 390°F for 20 minutes.


Skär ut lockarna med hjälp av en speciell grönsaks-skärare. Blanda olja och kryddor i en liten skål. Marinera majrovan. Baka i ugnen på 200°C i 20 minuter.
