To feel grateful from time to time is very different from expressing it consistently on a daily basis. Happy people focus on what they have, not on what they don't have. This is something I've always known but I have never really practiced it. After I went to Tony Robbins's Date With Destiny, I have learned to take 15 minutes each and everyday to set the tone and just flood myself with positive emotions by just being grateful. When you start doing this consistently and then suddenly skip a day, that's when you will notice what a difference it makes.
Hi guys! As many of you know, I spent the past month in Florida at a health institute.
After that I went to a one week long seminar with my absolute favorite life strategist, Mr. Tony Robbins! That week was extremely intense, we had 16 hour days with, at times, no breaks!!
I learned so much during this week. About myself, about life, people, what drives us and got lots of great strategies to create an amazing life!
