Hi guys, as you've probably seen on my Instagram, I've been juicing more and more lately. I find it so easy to just cut up some greens and juice it, takes absolutely no time or effort for me and it gives me a big boost of nutrition each morning. After being at Hippocrates I learned to drink juice with no fruit at all! I detoxed completely from sugar for three weeks and this has been a great thing for me. We are through week one here at Hippocrates. I'm going to make a small summary for you... The schedule this week was pretty packed, the first days I even felt a bit stressed. I've had seven treatments this first week and went to about two lectures a day. In between, I've been juicing, working out, eating three raw meals a day, ended the days floating around in the mineral pool, and finally sweating my toxins out in the infrared saunas.
