I've taken a little break from social media as you might have noticed. :P It was a decision I made a few days ago because I just felt that it was too time consuming for me at the moment... Read more about it here!
I'm back in Sweden again. We have had a really wonderful time but I'm actually so glad to be home. Can't wait to get back to everyday life and routines.
Eating healthy isn't always easy, especially not when you're traveling. Even if you're renting a house or apartment you normally don't have your usual kitchen appliances and it takes quite a while to get used to a new kitchen. And if you're staying at a hotel, you'll eat out most of the time.
Food is AMAZING! And when I say food, I mean real food, NATURAL food! On the journey to a healthier life I believe the focus should on adding healthy habits, being aware and trusting that the old unhealthy habits will not have any room left in your life. If we make lots of rules about what not to eat and put all our energy and focus there, we are automatically giving more attention to the things we don't want to eat anymore. I say, focus on just one thing that you want to add, like eating more greens, until you feel that this new habit has become part of your life and daily routine. It could be anything. And remember, its the things you do everyday that changes your life. NOT the things you do occasionally.
